The Veitchi Trade School have come to the aid of Bridge of Allan Sports Club installing a new gym floor and carpeted bleachers in the club. Hostelling Scotland floored by gift from Veitchi

Hostelling Scotland a registered charity (formerly SYHA) were delighted to receive over 1000m2 of carpet from the Veitchi Group. The carpet was donated to the charity when the need was communicated by Sabine Mackenzie Director of operations at HS. Jim Stewart the groups NED heard of the request and the carpet previously designated for sale was instead gifted to HS. Howard’s fundraiser for Kilbryde Hospice

Veitchi Group would like to show their support to Howard Peebles, who joined the company late 1966 as Group Accountant and was quickly promoted in 1970 to Group Financial Director. Then held that role until his retirement on 31st July 2003.  Howard then continued to have links to the company until 2018, when he then retired as Chairman of the Group Pension fund. Veitchi Group are now in partnership with Glasgow Children’s Charity Hospital. A charity that provides life-changing equipment, support, and services to children and families across Scotland.
