Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team on a Maternity Cover Contract.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:45am to 16:00pm.
Salary: Competitive
Start Date: Tuesday, 4th August 2026
This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, with an expected duration of 14 months.
Job Description
Provide ongoing administrative support across the business
Answering phones
Handle mail – both incoming and outgoing
Manage filing system
Experience of matching a high volume of purchase invoices to orders and batching for processing
Preparation of subcontractor payments
Preparation and submission of weekly timesheets
Arrange travel and accommodation
Manage and maintain stocks of stationery
Manage and maintain Training & HR Records
Collate and submit Vehicle Inspections
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel (essential)
Good attention to detail
Reliable, dependable and proactive approach at all times
Quick learner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team with an approachable and flexible nature
Experience in an office environment preferable
