On Friday, Veitchi Group welcomed our ‘Class of 2023’ 1st Year Apprentices for their Induction Day. We have 11 new apprentices starting across the Group.
The day involved:-
– Introductions / Tour of the building
– Team Building Exercises to get them working together and communicating with each other.
– Our Health & Safety Manager carried out a workshop on the importance of Health & Safety and the risks involved if not followed.
– Attendance from a few of our Tradesman & 4th Year Apprentices to tell us their experience and career path in Veitchi so far.
Overall a great day. Veitchi Group have been holding these Group Induction days since we opened our Trade School in 2018 and we now have a total of 41 Apprentices across the Group.
