Richardson & Starling are proud to announce that the list of our PCA accredited surveyors has just expanded.
After progressing through an extensive training and examination session, several of our Trainee Specialist Surveyors have become Certificated Surveyors of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) previously Certificated Surveyor of Remedial Treatments (CSRT).
The Property Care Association (PCA) is the leading property preservation accreditation body in the UK. It continues to develop best practices and maintain high-quality standards for member services provided to the public. It is crucial that all Richardson & Starling surveyors acquire PCA accreditations as this enhances our ability to deliver top quality property preservation services.
Big congratulations to all surveyors who passed the PCA exams and are now fully qualified damp and timber Surveyors.
