We are delighted to announce that our own Chloe Brown was awarded the Head of School Award at Robert Gordon University for her academic performance in her first year of her BA Honours degree in accountancy. The award is given to students who achieve an A in all exams taken over the course of an academic year. Chloe achieved an A in all 4 of her first-year modules which were: Business Environment, Developing Personal Excellence, Fundamentals of Finance and Fundamentals of Financial and Management Accounting.
Chloe hopes to pursue a career in accountancy and will be looking to obtain her professional qualification through ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in her 5th year at University whilst working for the Group. Chloe’s 5-year University course allows her to work towards her professional qualification throughout working for her honours degree meaning that she will be able to work to gain both an honours degree and professional qualification over only 5 years!
This is a fantastic performance and Chloe is seen here pictured with boss and mentor Katy Bartleman who has some good news of her own. Katy is expecting her first child on 28th December bringing another accountant into the world (you can’t get too much of a good thing!)
