Veitchi to floor “The Gherkin”
Veitchi Scotland are delighted to announce the contract award for the installation of 18,000 m2 of Interface bespoke carpet tiles in the iconic, Foster and Partners designed, Gherkin building, in the heart of London.
The building will be occupied by Standard Life and was secured as part of a framework agreement with our partners GHI Contracts Ltd, following a vigorous tender process.
Veitchi were successful as a result of their ability to carry out the works in an extremely tight timescale to suit the client’s business needs.
The works are due for completion in December 2010.
